Baume & Mercier
Baume & Mercier guarantees against all manufacturing defects for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions. Any part found by our technical services to be defective, as a result of manufacturing defects, will be repaired or replaced free of charge, at the sole discretion of Baume & Mercier.
In order to benefit from this warranty, you will be required to present the Baume & Mercier Limited Warranty certificate, duly completed, dated, stamped and signed by an authorized Baume & Mercier retailer. Please keep this certificate in a safe place.

Breil
Two-Year Limited International Warranty. The manufacturer warrants this watch to its original purchaser for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase and warrants this watch against defects in the material and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage to the watch due to normal wear and tear, modifications made to the case, strap, bracelet or crystal of the watch, or any moisture damage to the watch (if not marked "water resistant" on the back of the case of the watch).
Ebel
Ebel will, within three (3) years from date of purchase, repair or replace (at Ebel’s option) the movement of your Ebel watch free of charge if such movement proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use.
This warranty does not cover batteries, leather straps, or crystals, nor does it cover damage arising from normal wear, scratches, accidents or misuse, or from any alteration, service or repair performed by any party other than Ebel Watch or one of its Authorized Service Centers.
This warranty is void if the timepiece was not purchased from an Authorized Ebel Dealer, as evidenced by a valid warranty card or proof of purchase. To be valid (for watches purchased from any authorized dealer in North America), the warranty card must be embossed with the name of the Authorized Ebel Dealer, as well as dated and signed by that dealer. To be valid (for watches purchased from any authorized dealer outside North America), the warranty card must be duly completed, dated and stamped by the authorized Ebel Jeweler.

ESQ
Your ESQ Swiss timepiece is protected from the date of purchase by a two-year limited warranty. To obtain service under the warranty, you must present a valid warranty card and dated receipt of purchase.
NOTE: ESQ Swiss is not to be held liable for any incidental or consequential damages occurring from the failure or malfunction of its product.

Movado
Movado will, within two (2) years from date of purchase, repair or replace (at Movado’s option) the movement of your Movado watch free of charge if such movement proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use.
The finish on Movado gold-plated watches will be warranted for a period of five (5) years against flaking and peeling only. The case and/or bracelet will be refinished or replaced (at Movado’s option) should such finish prove to be defective in material or workmanship.
This warranty does not cover batteries, leather straps, or crystals, nor does it cover damage arising from normal wear, scratches, accidents or misuse, or from any alteration, service or repair performed by any party other than Movado Watch or one of its Authorized Service Centers.
This warranty is void if the timepiece was not purchased from an Authorized Movado Dealer, as evidenced by a valid warranty card or proof of purchase. To be valid (for watches purchased from any authorized dealer in North America), the warranty card must be embossed with the name of the Authorized Movado Dealer, as well as dated and signed by that dealer. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have additional legal rights under applicable law which may vary from State to State and Country to Country and which are not affected by the terms of this warranty.

Oakley
All authentic Oakley timepieces are warranted for one year from the date of purchase against manufacturer’s defects. Coverage is valid only with proof of purchase from an Authorized Oakley Timepiece Dealer. Normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, alteration to the product, or negligence is not covered under Oakley’s Warranty Policies.

Oris
Oris products, except the case (including buttons), band, and battery, are warranted by Oris to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of two years from the date of purchase.

Raymond Weil
Raymond Weil guarantees the watch described on the Guarantee Card for a period of two years from its date of purchase. This guarantee, valid internationally, applies only to Raymond Weil watches purchased at an approved Raymond Weil dealer and whose Guarantee Card has been filled in completely and correctly by the dealer.
The current guarantee covers defects in the watch’s materials or resulting from manufacturing. For information regarding what is not included please see: Raymond Weil Service.
In case of defects covered by the guarantee, your watch will be repaired or replaced free of charge at the sole discretion of Raymond Weil. The dealer/agent takes upon themselves the responsibility of any other service he undertakes beyond those under the present guarantee.
In case of defects covered by the guarantee, we recommend that you send your Raymond Weil watch by registered mail, carefully packed, to one of the approved after-sales-service centers, or that you take it directly to an approved Raymond Weil dealer. The watch must be accompanied by the duly completed Guarantee Card.
Under no circumstances will Raymond Weil be liable for any incidental, consequential, special or other damages.
The duration of any warranties implied by law (including the implied warranty of merchantability) are limited to the two-years duration of this warranty.
Tissot
Your Tissot watch is warranted by Tissot for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty. The international Tissot warranty covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of delivery of the purchased Tissot watch (“defects”). The warranty only comes into force if the warranty certificate is dated, fully and correctly completed and stamped by an official Tissot dealer (“valid warranty certificate”).
During the warranty period and by presenting the valid warranty certificate, you will have the right to have any defect repaired free of charge. In the event that repairs are improper to restore the normal conditions of use of your Tissot watch, Tissot guarantees its replacement by a Tissot watch of identical or similar characteristics. The warranty for the replacement watch ends twenty-four (24) months after the date of purchase of the replaced watch.
This manufacturer’s warranty does not cover, the life of the battery, normal wear and tear and aging (e.g. scratched crystal; alteration of the color and/or material of non metallic straps and chains, such as leather, textile, rubber; peeling of the plating), any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal/abusive use, lack of care, negligence, accidents (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.), incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the use directions provided by Tissot, indirect or consequential damages of any kind resulting from e.g. the use, the non-functioning, the defects or the inaccuracy of the Tissot watch, the Tissot watch handled by non-authorized persons (e.g. for battery replacement, services or repairs) or which has been altered in its original condition beyond TISSOT S.A.’s control.
