PRODUCT FAQs
How long will it take to receive my ClassWatch?
It typically takes about 3 - 4 weeks to receive your personalized ClassWatch. The personalization takes a few weeks because it is a very detailed process. Essentially, every ClassWatch is made by hand. Your ClassWatch is truly one-of-a-kind. We're the only company in the world to provide this type of timepiece customization with the manufacturer's approval. Each color, of each personalization, can take up to a full day. Once your watch is completely customized it is then tested per the manufacturer's requirements. The testing typically takes 3 to 5 days. Once the testing is complete, in order to meet our Watch-Over-Warranty or WOW Guarantee, it is then packaged and shipped to your address. Upon shipment you will receive an email with a tracking number. While it takes 3 - 4 weeks to receive, the enjoyment and pride is certain to last forever.

Additionally, the location, size, and color of each option can be personally configured through our placement selector to reflect your specific tastes and preferences.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Is there sales tax? If so what percent and for whom?
If you live in the state of Virginia or in the District of Columbia you are charged the appropriate sales tax. Sorry but we have what the government calls "nexus" in both those places so we gotta do it.
SHIPPING FAQs
How long does it take to receive an order?
Typically you will receive your personalized Class Watch in 3 to 4 weeks depending on the complexity of the timepiece you designed. However, in special cases our production team has pulled off some miraculous turnaround times for those customers in a pinch. If you have a unique situation requiring a faster delivery time contact us here and we'll see if we can meet your needs. Rest assured we'll do whatever we can to make it happen.
What are the shipping costs?
Class Watch charges a standard shipping rate of $24.95 on all orders. The rate includes the packaging, handling and delivery of your personalized Class Watch right to your doorstep. We also offer UPS 2nd Day Air shipping for $34.95 in the event that you are really pressed for time and gotta have it now.
Which carriers are available to ship my order?
We ship all Class Watch orders via UPS ground or 2nd Day Air depending on your preferred shipping method.
What is the status of my order?
You can track your order status by using your UPS tracking # at www.ups.com.
RETURNS FAQs
What is the return policy?
As part of our Watch-Over-Warranty or WOW Guarantee every Class Watch comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. In the rare event there is a problem with your Class Watch we guarantee to fix it or refund your purchase.
Cancellations
You may cancel or change your order within 5 business days from the date of order placement, without charge by calling us at (866) 293-5996 or by contacting us here.
